Worth Norfolk Counch Meeting Figures Municipal Actions
The MacGregor council met on July 20 with full attendance chaired by Reeve Campbell. They granted leave for the Sec-Treas until Sept 1 and authorized Hazel Course to handle municipal business during absence. They approved a $25 grant to the MacGregor cemetery fund, accepted hotel license applications for Mrs. Bousfield and Mrs. Niblock, and referred a land damage letter to the solicitor. By-laws about land transfers to Pratt school district, natural water courses, and forming Austin as a Local Improvement District were read, with third readings set for Sept 2.
