Fortieth Annual Fair a Great Success
The MacGregor Agricultural Society held its fortieth fair on Wednesday July 14 with record attendance and entries. A large crowd enjoyed horse and cattle judging, a new cattle shed, poultry exhibits, grain and vegetables, and a Red Cross babies health clinic. The parade opened the day, followed by a busy afternoon of baseball, music by the Salvation Army Band, and evening dances. Prize lists cover extensive livestock classes and many champions, reflecting strong local agriculture and community effort.
