Towerzy Family Remembered for Community Service and English Death
In Treherne area notices, former Image Creek and Bagot residents E Towerzy and family are honored in Portage. James Henry English dies at 51 on his Treherne farm. English served in World War II era and leaves wife Thelma and three children. The Towerzys, active in Red Cross and Legion, are recalled as good neighbors with daughters Kath een and Margaret and son Philip. Funeral details note service at Treherne United Church and Bethel Cemetery with a list of pallbearers and honorary pallbearers.
