MacGregor Council Minutes Report Road Works and Bylaws
The MacGregor council met at Cook s hall with all members present. The meeting adopted the previous minutes and directed Ciera to pay the Voters List. Many road work petitions were noted and referred to the Road and Bridge committee. Damages claim from Miss Keeping for injuries from a rig was not recognized. Taxes arrears were listed for sale later. Road and bridge expenditures and bylaw readings were approved, including a pool tables bylaw and a wardkeeper appointment for John Alton. Budget items for lumber scrapers and public health were discussed. The Finance Office report was adopted and the council adjourned to August 9 at 11:00.
