Fines range from 50 to 100 dollars for violations, with lists of class 1 weeds and penalties outlined.
Percy Hagel was fined one dollar and costs for assaulting a constable at Asquith Saskatchewan who acted as doorman at a Hagel lecture. The constable seized a printing bill from receipts during the altercation, and Hagel later refused payment for the printing.
