North Norfolk Fair Sees Attendance Dip Despite Local Wins
The sith annual North Norfolk and District Agricultural Society Exhibition and Sports day at MacGregor saw attendance fall from last year though events remained engaging. Calves and cattle were down, horses held steady, with sunny Friday and Saturday giving way to a noon shower Sunday delaying ball games briefly. MacGregor Coop claimed the Grand Champion Calf shown by Velma Siemens, while top wins spread across Hereford, Shorthorn, and Aberdeen Angus stock. Local exhibitors from Medora to Swan River competed in horticulture, baking, needlework, and 4H classes as MacGregor Cubs captured fastball action at the ball diamonds.
