Death of Mrs. E Schneider at Edrans
Mrs Elizabeth Schneider aged 98 years 9 months native of Rembach Germany died June 24 at the home of her son Henry in Edrans. Funeral at MacGregor cemetery with F Roberts in charge. Carberry Fair Highlights Two Day Summer Event
Carberry’s annual Summer Fair runs Tuesday and Wednesday July 15 16 with a sports programme by R A F including soccer cricket and softball. On the first day a dance and a stock judging parade are planned and on the second day baseball earnings reach 160 dollars. Glenboro Band performs both days with a dance in the rink at night and an evening programme.
