The Manitoba Legislature opens today. A dance at Southend School on Wednesday January 27 charges gents 23c and ladies bring cakes. Local clubs host dances at Masonic Hall with Palmer's Orchestra. Community notices include hospital updates, moves in business, lectures at United Church, and charitable events.
Sunday evening service at 7 pm and Sunday School at 2 with service at 3 pm. Local congregation notes January schedule and church times for readers.
The Anglican Church announces the annual Congregational Meeting for 1926 in the Masonic Hall on Wednesday January 27 at 7 pm. After business and officer elections, the evening includes music and refreshments. all are cordially invited to attend.
