Bagot 4 H Club members met at the Crealock home on December 18 for rifle safety training with Bernie Brecknell presenting a safety film. At awards night in Carberry, Bernie Brecknell Morley Richardson and Beverly Beam received five year certificates while Sheldon Richardson delivered a colt-raising speech. A Christmas party followed December 20 at the Brecknell home with two films shown, games, gifts, and prizes won by Brent Wright and Mary Richardson. The club planned a January 10 meeting, a bonspiel on January 18 at MacGregor rink with rinks drawn, and Don Crealock planned to attend the Brandon Winter Fair calf scramble. Gerald Adams gave an unidentified flying objects talk and snowmobile rides were offered.
