Verdella Snyder Becomes Verdella Cooper in Didsbury Wedding
The eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs William Snyder of Didsbury Alberta wed Leonard Cooper of Beaver district on December 2. Rev C J Hallam officiated with Rev C Snyder assisting. About sixty relatives attended as Verdella wore moon mist over lace and carried a cannons and roses bouquet while the Weeding March played. The couple plan to reside in the Beaver district.

Katrine Social Weekend At Westbourne With Games
Miss Dickinson and Mr Fletcher visited Westbourne at the Hanna home. The MacGregor Midgets played the local boys at Katrine. A stormy weekend did not keep a fair crowd from the whist drive and dance. Prize winners included Mrs Serbin and F Hodgins with consolation to Miss Dickinson and Mr Stapleton. Music by Mr and Mrs Serbin.
