Prizes went to Miss Helena Holtslag and R.A. Bro for first, Mrs Frank Palmer and Fred Taylorson for second. A programme followed with music and readings. The report notes relatives and friends visiting over Christmas in Winnipeg and East Keidonan. McMillan, ill but improving, received hospital treatment for a leg injury. Mrs Colemet of Saskatoon returned home after a short visit. The Jockey Club novelty dance drew a good crowd as the old year ended and the new year began with Nichel and Miss M Nichel winning the balloon dance and Cliff Chariton with Miss G Crealock winning the spot dance.

Image Hill honors long-serving trustee and secretary
At the Image Hill Christmas Dance the district presented Mr. George Forrest with an arm chair in gratitude for his 38 years of service. He was the first trustee elector when the district formed in 1895 and served as Secretary Treasurer from 1907 until resigning this year due to arduous duties.
