They agreed to sign a fire agreement with Portage la Prairie at 125 per hour plus 3 per hour per man and named Duncan Lamb and Glen Hotel as authorized to call the Portage hall. The council also joined a weed control district with North Norfolk at 250 per year and named A. E. Chant as board representative for two years. A 1:30 p.m. regular meeting time was set, with delegations at 2:30 p.m. A fire alarm system for the MacGregor Hospital was proposed.
