The Bagot station was moved from MacGregor to Bagot around 1902 on flat cars. A water tank west of the station was too close to the track, so a side track was built. The building was moved west onto George Burton's property, where he plans to convert it into a residence. The structure is about 80 years old.

Donna Butterfield spent ten days with her parents after completing her nursing badge at St Boniface Hospital. Sandra Kalberg visited her parental home over the weekend. Local families including the Ross and Henry households hosted visitors from Winnipeg and Portage. Curling was the talk with a Austin ladies rink not prize winners but enjoying the event. Donna Butterfield’s rink won a prize in the MacGregor ladies spiel last week. Ellen Mahan of Kenora returned home to spend time with her parents, while Jim Clegg and his wife visited Arrowhead relatives with their baby daughter.
