Gladstone Snowmobile Poker Rally Celebrates Club, Winners
Gladstone Flying Club’s Snowmobile Poker Rally on February 7 drew 149 drivers on a 2.5 mile course with checks at M. Costella R. Beatty and G. Friesen. Winners were Karen Mayer 137 dollars, Orval Steiss 102.75, David Bueckert 68.50. Total receipts 685 dollars fund airport improvements. Karen Mayer’s mother accepted prize due to her absence. Life Time Member plaque awarded to George Galloway for long service. Event praised by officials. next meeting February 16 at Gladstone Airport.
