Wheat stock declines shrink world wheat exports

The 1936 harvest fell about 8 million bushels from 1935, with Western Europe importing more, shifting shipments upward. Canada halved its stocks from 203.3 to 109.4 million bushels by Aug 1 1936, dampening export prospects.
