MacGregor Fair a Success in Town Harvest Show
The MacGregor fair drew many entries from Carberry Sidney Austin Portage la Prairie and surrounding districts. Horses cattle pigs sheep and poultry showed quality. grain and vegetables impressed. dairy products lagged. The public program included war souvenir talks a welcome address and an OAS C flag gesture. Baseball featured MacGregor versus Winnipeg with a 7 8 result and the Gladstone ladies capped the event with an 11 9 win.
