Annual Exhibition at MacGregor Draws Wide Interest
The MacGregor Agricultural show drew praise for its varied displays including cattle, sheep, dairy products, and school exhibits. A notable parade featured the Kiltie Band from Portage to Prairie and a horse display highlighted by Bugler Lewin on his charger Black Hess. The event improved grounds, hosted an active sports program with a Ladies Walking Match, and closed with a crowd drawing baseball game between Portage la Prairie and Gladstone.
