Carberry Plains 4-H News Highlights June Field Day
On June 23 the club attended a Jersey Field Day at Roy Copp's farm. They judged calves and watched clipping demos by Oliver Evans and Fred Thompson. Verne Witherspoon won first in judging. Linda Reddon second. Lorna Peck third. The Achievement Day with the fair drew 21 calves shown by 15 members, plus six pee wees.
