Death of Old Joe Indian Joe Diserley Passes Away
Indian elder known as Old Joe Diserley died on Good Friday near his teepee north of town. He lived here for about ninety years, age not certain. Funeral held Saturday by Rev. F. W. Gelling of St. Paul’s Church. Minister noted all souls under God, and town contributors aided the funeral.
