Dutch Caper and Privateers Reported Off the Coast
The bulletin notes a Dutch vessel reporting the retaking of a Bristol pink by Nevis and later recapture by the French, with six French privateers ranging from 12 to 55 guns patrolling the coast. It mentions ships burned after being driven from a harbour, and Jasmine barques with crews boarding and raiding.
