The London Evening Port reports arrivals since the last update detailing mails from France and Holland. It notes onward dispatches and the cadence of communication with continental sources.
A long mix of notices recounts diplomatic and military movements across Europe and the Ottoman frontier. Reports from Aug to Sept 1741 detail naval restrictions on British privateers, French and Bavarian troop movements, Prussian planning, Austrian fortifications, and Sweden declaring war on Russia. Edicts urge loyalty, warn against communication with Sweden, and note troop concentrations near Vienna and St. Petersburg.
