Sand-and-Woolpack wrecks and court survey lists

Friday the Litthe Don Carlos bound for Genoa ran ashore on a sand called the Woolpack with five feet water in hold and later refloated. The Elizabeth, Wheat for the Streights, grounded at Bembridge Ledge and was towed to Portsmouth for damage repair. A list of commissioners to survey English and Welsh courts is given, naming many judges and aldermen. Instruments signaled the Princess Royal and Prince of Orange marriage contracts. Market quotes and bonds figures updated for South Sea, Bank, and India stocks.
