Death and naval news from London society and markets

From London letters comes word of the death of Mr. Hizard purser of the Prince of Orange and other notable deaths in Cheshire, London, and at sea. Reports detail guards escorting the King, ships and shipments from the Nore to Portsmouth, and orders for a voyage to South Carolina. Estates, marriages, civic notices, court sentences, and market prices for cheese, barley, and stocks fill the day’s notices along with accounts of privateers and naval actions near Africa and the Windward Passage.
