Surviving Assignee Announces Dividend on Estate Debts

The surviving assignee of the estate of Thomas Yapp bearing debts due before January 1747 plans a June 24 dividend from real estate sales in Hereford and Salop. Creditors must file a charge and proof by June 13 with Fleming or Holland. those failing to prove will be excluded from the dividend.
