The Admiralty announces new dress rules for Flag Officers Captains Commanders and Lieutenants of the Royal Fleet. Embroidered and full dress cloathing are discontinued and replaced by a altered frock uniform with specific lapels cuffs and lace patterns. Existing wearers may keep current uniforms until the next June 9.
