Ministers and public debate on Newtownarlach affair

A reader chides the London Evening Post for political intrigue and ministerial secrecy. He argues the press inflames the public, defends ministers against sharp criticism, and urges reason over faction as he laments populist zeal and the risk to national tranquillity. The author asserts loyalty to country and warns against manipulation by declaimers and needy writers.
