Protracted European diplomacy and military chatter in Vienna
Dispatches from Vienna report ongoing efforts to select a King of the Romans favoring Archduke Joseph, with strong opposition if the Austrian line is made hereditary. Meanwhile Brabant sees two new dragoon regiments raised, Courland intrigues draw attention, and Poland and Russia press for action against the Empress of Ruta. Frost returns, and Basic navigation remains open amid broader European maneuvers.
