Kobé residents greet new British minister in Japan
A large, representative group of Kobé British residents gathered at the Municipal Hall to present an address to Mr Fraser, Her Majesty's Representative, with Mrs Fraser and Mr J H Longford present. The address bore the signatures of all Kobé British residents then in town.
