Hail Indurance Act Brought By Rural Municipality

The minister approved by law No 1 of White Municipality to join with other municipalities and districts for crop owners within their tents to receive free, low recovery hail insurance. The bylaw is now in force and withdrawal terms are defined under the act. Document dated Holdfast in March 1914.
