A Saskatchewan case reports Hoffman's Drops misclassed as medicine containing about 30 percent alcohol. Mendel Slobinsky of Calder Trading Co and Morris Siegel of McNutt Farmers Supply Co were convicted and fined 100 and costs after Aug 8 hearing before District Magistrate Hear at Calder. The Prosecutions Director warned dealers to handle such medicines cautiously.
In the matter of the estate of Maz Dulschnider of Weldinst Saskatchewan deceased, all creditors and others with estate claims are notified to present them to Western Trust Company, City of Regina, before September. McKenzie, Blown & Company act as solicitors for the administrator.
