President Roosevelt told congress that the United States has actual exports of war supplies under the lend lease program to nations fighting the Axis. He described shipments and the broader wartime aid framework during the daily briefing in Washington.
The United States mission to Moscow has arrived in Britain for stop over talks before heading to Moscow to consult with British and Russian authorities on speeding supplies and weapons to the Russian front.
