Preliminary incomplete tabulation from The Canadian Press shows the coalition government with 56 percent of British Columbia’s popular vote in Thursday’s election. BC Liberal and CCF candidates share 38 percent and others six percent. In 1941 Liberals and CCF each had 33 percent and Conservatives 31 percent.
