The list of candidates and the number of votes polled will be published throughout the entire period of the Contest. Active voting begins on November Sth. In case of a tie, the prize will be equally divided among those polling a tic vote. The Lethbridge Herald reserves the right to alter the rules and regulations or any of the offers, any- thing in fact, except a reduction in the prize list, for the protection and the best interests of the candi- dates and this newspaper. The Lethbridge. Herald guarantees fair treatment to all contestants, and should any question arise a decision of the management will be considered final and absolute.
