Allied Supreme Headquarters confirms Admiral General Georg Von Friedeburg died by suicide in his Flensburg home as POWs. Ribbertrop still at large in NW Germany amid Nazi manhunt. Himmler killed himself by poison in custody after capture near Bremervoerde. Gestapo chief had evaded arrest until then.

Stenographic notes Hitler allegedly crafted a self indicting account claiming plans to crush Czechoslovakia and Poland as essential preludes for a future war with the Allies.
