Calgary May 13 The Alberta Wheat Pool has purchased Northern Grain Co Ltd which owned 30 country elevators annexes and 16 dwellings. Majority of elevators are in northern Alberta with some where no pool elevators exist. Purchase raises pool owned elevators to 466 with capacity 28.65 million bushels. Alberta Wheat Pool system now totals 35.8 million bushels including Vancouver terminal 5.15 million bushels.
