Mrs. Elenore Sicord, widow oi HIE late Uicharii Vatlnais, who was mys- teriously shot and killed at Bound- ary Creek some years ago, while eat- ing h-s supper one on his ranch, the court f.o transfer the exccutorsliip oi her late husband's K.- tate. Polyiiore Vadnais, a brother, now one of Uutte's- leading business men, was 'appointed the, executor, and Mrs. Sicord believes that she has reasonable grounds for asking for the transfer. The case is a rather mixed up affair. Sirs. Sicord is a sister of Mrs. I'olyciore Vadnais. Following Hicnaid Vadnais' death, she was tak- ien into custody, but was later rc- I leased. She to Montana, where she married Sicord. Last year she applied for a divorce, and this was s granted on April Hth by the Mon- tana courts.
