Five Die In Ontario Plane Crash Near London
Five people including Dr. Henry Dow president of Dow Chemical Company Midland Mich died when a Dow-owned Beechcraft crashed four miles from London Ontario while the pilot sought shelter from a street storm. One survivor, Mrs Dow, and other injured include Mrs Calvin Campbell and A J Bowie. The party was bound for Boston to hear Churchill at MIT. The craft left Midland about 9 am in rain and poor visibility.
