Here are the hard facts with no frills or exaggerations: Dress goods arc somewhat higher-not much: silks are the same with the exception of one or two makes: voiles, crepes, piques, cotton bed-fords, etc.. are practically the same price: Oxfords and satin jeans the same while Galateas are higher and very hard to get; silk and lisle hosiery just as cheap-cashmere hosiery higher and very scarce; silk and kid gloves the same; lisle and chamoisuede gloves higher and scarce; ribbons the same; corsets no higher, a\i Gossard corsets away down in price on account of being made in Canada now, and the duty eliminated; summer underwear the same; whitewear the best values we -have ever shown; voile and Crepe de Chene waists same. silk, satin, moreen underskirts just as good value as ever; all ready-to-wear garments, including suits, coats, skirts and serge dresses are as good values as we have ever shown, made possible by our close association with the big-gect and bcs; inanufacturers ;n this country, who have the money to buy their materials in the right markets and had the foresight to secure them when they could and have accorded us special privileges in allowing us to place early orders for a specified number of garments for Spring at old prices, and later choose the proper styles. A good many lines of the cheaper grade merchandise are eliminated by force of circumstances, but in the better lines, very little or no differences v/ill be found as stated above. Prices now, of course, in neaMy every instance, are twenty to forty per cent, in advance of what we paid, but we have fully protected ourselves by early and liberal purchases, and v/ill sell at old prices as long as quantities last. It behooves every woman, therefore, to stock up with all merchandise she will require for some time to come, at the earliest possible moment, and to see that.she buys it where prices are right. \'ery Cla.ssy Suits S32.50 t $35.00 Never before have we shoivn better values at lliese; pi ices-and seldom, if ev^r. such a selection.
