High River Farmer Killed By Train Collision

Paris March 12 Gen Henri Honore Giraud aged 70 died last night at a Dijon military hospital after food poisoning. A veteran of two world wars he commanded French forces in North Africa during 1942 43 and was captured in 1940 after holding back German advances.
