US Must Aid Canada to Stand Western Armies

Washington June 23 State Secretary Marshall told the House Foreign Affairs Committee that Canada and Latin America will seek aid elsewhere if the United States fails to help them obtain weapons and military know how for their armed forces. He led a delegation urging quick passage of legislation for the United States to take the lead in standardizing western hemisphere armaments.
