CTTAWA June 17 Two proposals to ease the senate divorce burden were offered during the annual divorce debate. Senator Aseltine suggested appointing a lawyer to the senate staff to hear evidence and appeals, effectively acting as a judge. Senate counsel MacNeill proposed a federal court with jurisdiction over divorce and marriage.
