[BIG SEIZURE OF LIQUOR MADE AT GLACE BAY _ Halifax, July 27.-One of -the most important seizures in Cape Breton for some years took place.at Glace Bay Capt. Edward Dicks of the schooner Misitonomas and four of her crew were arrested, charged with smuggling liquor from St Pierre and landing it at Scatteris. The cargo Consisted of five casks of sixty gal- lons each and eight cases. The boat carried coal to St. Pierre and return- ed with a load of liquor. 'Capt.
