A transfer for the four lots sent to Maclean, and he executed it in favor of the Brewery Company, and they were -duly registered 'in .1907. Allan Maclean after this, 'but his (brother., who "was living with j Allan intended only..to sell three' lots to and Mrs. Eilwin's lot toy mistake. Mr. Justice Beck held that Mrs. Ott was the beneficial owner, and that if the Letttbridge Brewing and Malting Co. had notice of her interest prior to obtaining their transfer, their title was clouded.
