Confusion over Cosmos N pack and satellite breakup

Fox in Guinness Book of World Records entry

Taxpayers' jury targets Grit Ottawa offices

In Ottawa Liberal offices faced telephone protests over a proposal by Judy Erola to end or cut a 3300 tax deduction for spouses with dependents. B C Coal meets Pass bankers on mortgages

In Hillsboro Oregon police treat Patricia Bennett death as murder after cyanide traces found in her bottle. Her husband Norman Bennett and mother Goldean Mitchell underwent a second lie detector test while the teenage daughter was not tested. Propane tanker crash near Courtenay safely contained

A propane tanker overturned on Vancouver Island near Courtenay caused a gas cloud and evacuations for about 300 people. Officials drained 38 000 litres, righted and removed the truck, and used foam and cranes as fire crews from multiple agencies ensured safety. No serious injuries were reported.
