The Booyoolie Agricultural Society met in Laura town hall on May 24 with a large representative turnout. President GE Cleggett announced the society paid all liabilities since last year and held a small credit balance amid low wheat prices. The secretary FT Avett presented the financial statement, showing income from subscriptions donations entry fees and concerts and expenditures on prizes admin costs ground hire and printing amid a successful year aided by the ladies at show booths.
