Provincial surrogate court notice demands all creditors of the estate of William Van Haitsma who died about September 19 1916 at Landis Saskatchewan to send their claims and accounting details to Henrietta Van Halleme administratrix of the estate by February 15 1917. After that date the administratrix will distribute assets among valid claimants and will not be liable to those with unnotified claims. Dated January 1917 at Biggs Saskatchewan.
