Easter Visitors and Church Meeting Noted

Mr. P. Webber spent Easter at Scott. Pvt. Hunter Wells of the 6th Battalion is a visitor in town this week. Mr. Walter Whiting of Traynor was a passenger to Tako on Sunday. The Presbyterian Ladies Aid assembly will be held Wednesday at 3 pm in the church.

Fire in Orchard House damages hospital. 50 thousand loss

Canadawide notes report a fire at the Orchard House hospital in Hamilton Ont injuring no one as 250 people escaped. Elsewhere educ association in Sask planning a three day session with about 800 teachers attending. Additional items include ship arrivals, and local court decisions in Ottawa.
