Warning to farmers on fodder price controls and penalties

The Fodder Advisory Committee urges strict observance of sections of the 1944 Necessary Commodities Control Act. It warns penalties up to £100 for overcharging or refusing to sell within declared prices, and mandates refunds of price differences to purchasers. Local information channels are set up to report surplus stock and breaches.
