Ode to Fearon and Fearon’s theatre praise in 1795
A letter dated October 24, 1795 praises Mr Fearon for his performance in Luca Tuones Ark and likens his acting to Shakespeare, noting Fearon’s family, home fire side, and urging Fearon to write a play with parts for himself. It compares fearon favorably to Garrick and references Lyson’s London Environs for an account of Fearon’s tomb inscription. It also mentions Duke’s Horses and the horses in readiness.
