Much Debated Road Plan in Kowree Shire
Kowree Shire Council discussed a lake road around Lake Wallace at Edenhope and possible land purchase from Messrs Dubois for a continuous route. Lands Department urged a tourist road, with compulsion options if land isn’t sold, while ramps and cattle concerns were raised. The Harrow Miga Lake road was formally noted as a main road with a June hearing and maintenance funding details requested. Kaniva Edenhope road proposals were declined for State highway status, but municipalities were asked for views on Kaniva Portland road status.

Happy reader claims joy amid quirky text fragments
A garbled passage presents a playful, fragmented note about happiness and beauty. It mentions admiration for Chrome Charm and a series of nonsensical insertions, with stray references to skin, heat, and summer. The overall sense is a whimsical, nonstructured stream of words without a clear event or person.
